By "PRO CHOICE" they want the freedom of choosing to abort a foetus (the legal war is still being waged, coz if a foetus is considered legally living, then abortion is murder, like it or not).

Well here are some choices for a Pro Choice idiot to think about.

CHOOSE ABSTINENCE (now now, I'm not swaying into the Pro Life Camp...hear me out).
Simpy put...don't fuck around and you won't get an unwanted pregnancy. If a man forces himself on a woman its called RAPE, there are no 2 ways to it. We'll go into that in a bit.

CHOOSE CONTRACEPTION
If you can't stop yourself from fucking around....or if you can't avoid going into parties where having mass orgies is the order of the day...then choose contraceptives. There are many, many, many, many types of contraceptives available...here are some...in order of extremity...

- Rythm method (know your menstural cycle dates)
- Condom/barrier protection
- Birth Control Pills (it may only be available to married women)
- Ripping out your fallopian tubes (for married couples, males can go for vasectomy which is short of ripping his balls out).
- Abstinence. (covered in point 1, but its the most extreme contraceptive).

So you see....even before we go into a criminal action, there are already CHOICES! So do we need to let the situation deteriorate into having to decide whether an unborn foetus live or die? NO....because we're too irresponsible to act responsibly. All that "rights" shit has no play here.

Now we go into grey territory. What happens when a rape victim gets impregnated? Most rape victims dare not come forward to make a report...many such crimes go unreported. Here's where the morning after pill comes in. Anti-Retrovirals are important. So screw you fucking conservatives for even thinking of not distributing it in Colleges. Its a surefire way of getting more unwanted pregnancies. Of course if the victim isn't educated enough to understand what's going on and allows the foetus to develop...abortion should be made an option if she does not want to have the baby.

Of course there are other medical implications. Say if the foetus is compromising the mother and the doctor must operate to save 1...both...or whichever....then a choice must be made and if an abortion is the safest for the mother, it should be allowed.

What if a "loose" woman decides to forego all the above mentioned methods of contraceptives and continues with the morning after pills? Hey, at least she's making a conscious decision to stop her body from accepting a developing zygote. All I can say is, if a woman decides to fool around but is making a conscious effort to stop an unwanted pregnancy...its better than deciding to abort a developing foetus. That is what I call MAKING A CHOICE.

So you see....to me there are a lot of choices we can consider before the final, difficult decision to abort a foetus. If the public aren't educated enough then what are we doing about it?

Now we come to attacking the Pro Lifers.....Mostly religious, conservative and although looking like a positive view to undertake...I want to ask pro lifers....

Do you choose life over choice because God says its wrong? If yes...then you're shitting yourself. Can't you think for yourself? He gave us a brain, so use it. He gave us a conscience, so use it....He gave us the ability to create life.....so use that brain, use that conscience and THINK.

There are conservatives who feel that schools distributing condoms and morning after pills should be stopped from doing so. THEN the same group of people are opposed to abortion.

Ok wait...back it up. Most teens will get into trouble with the opposite sex during puberty anyway....that's a given fact. So we're already not educating them enough....we take away the 2 things that cost quite little....that are given out for free...to prevent kids from getting unwanted pregnancies which would disrupt them from school, kill their chances of an education, tax the public health system more heavily, and make taxpayers fork out more each year. Now that could work if the Pro Choice group have their way and abortion continues....because in the end these unwanted pregnancies can be "removed" via abortion.

BUT THE PRO LIFE GROUP IS OPPOSED TO ABORTION.

That's right.....so you take away the 2 most readily available contraceptives that are low cost and given out for free....expect young men and women to what? ABSTAIN FROM SEX? The inevitable will happen and the inevitable will mean UNWANTED PREGNANCIES.

Get the picture yet morons?

So, activists from both camps...hear me out.

GO FUCK YOURSELVES

No seriously

Go fuck yourselves. You're nothing but a bunch of selfish individuals with nothing but political agendas to gain by campaigning for some dumbfuck reasons to go either way.

Nukes....60 years after the first use.

Well shit, beats the hell out of me! Can't blame Einstein.

August 6th was a couple days ago. August 9th is tomorrow. Its been 60 years since 2 Japanese cities were blown into bits by Nukes. So why were nukes used again?

- Hasten Victory In Japan (after VE-Day, my guess is people lost the mood for war).

- Stop Soviet land grab. (if the war is over, the Soviets have no more excuse to take real estate)

- Bad Odds. 20,000 Marines lost for about 21,000 Japanese soldiers lost. Okinawa had better odds, about 18,000 for over 75,000 Japanese lost. Those were the numbers for 2 small strategic pieces of real estate. Imagine the expected losses the strategic command projected for the final assault on Honshu Island....

- Testing the nukes. Fatman and Little Boy were 2 different nuclear weapons. The Japanese wanted to hold out to the last man. The Americans popped a Little Boy over Hiroshima and that sent them scrambling for a resolution to end the war. Then they popped Fatman....brought the Japanese to the surrender table probably a couple weeks earlier to what we now know as VJ-Day. First people into Hiroshima wasn't humanitarian groups but nuclear scientists. (read the book).

Anyway, Kudos to Japan for being a forerunner against using nuclear technology in weapons. Also Kudos to Japan for being one of the most outspoken nations for peace. Hey I love Japanese food and Anime....but to really get those bad things behind us, the Japanese need to pay more than just lip service. Apologies are nice, acknowledgements of war crimes are all good....but the fact remains that some elements in the Japanese society still feel that national pride is more important than the truth. That will hurt the process and it will hurt the surviving victims and their descendants for a long time.

Simply put. There can be no reconciliation if the Japanese public have access to history textbooks that contain warped, fabricated and falsified facts with reference to their actions in their 2 decades of conquest and colonisation of their asian neighbours.

As a grandchild of war survivors, my grandmother told me tales from her life in terror when she and my grandfather lived through the 3 years and 8 months of Japanese occupation of Singapore. My dad was about 2 years old then and my mom was born 3 months after formal British surrender to the invading Japanese Imperial Army. As much as I admire Japanese ingenuity, culture, technology, food, attitude....one thing I cannot let go, is their refusal to admit to the atrocities of their actions.

If THEY feel the need to move on....it should not be by staying silent and hoping it would go away.

*******************

On a more current note. So why do "Rogue States" like N.Korea and Iran need nuclear technology?

I wouldn't speculate about North Korea.....I really don't feel comfortable with that madman on the helm...but I don't have enough information to comment.

Iran on the other hand does appear to have valid reasons to call out for a nuclear power solution to their increasing power consumption. Of course there's also the probability that they'll enrich their spent fuel rods for nukes....but lets take a look see....

1) Iran has a growing population and in another few decades could see them hitting 70 million. Up from the 27 million in the 1970s. Back then the Americans thought Iran could use nuclear power to support their growing population....but of course the rise to power of Ayatollahs and the 79 hostage situation might have changed things.

- Errr...so enforce frikin birth control....either that or enforce a law that stops your people from breeding so damn fast! If a muslim man can take 4 wives and have no TV to keep them occupied, its frikin obvious what's the next best thing to do! I mean, c'mon...there's a time to be religious and there's a time to be practical.

2) Iran has over 40 years of oil, 200 years of natural gas and abundant coal.....as well as deposits of uranium (why some countries are so damn fucking lucky I have no clue). But their 60 or so oil mining facilities are outdated and would require US$40 billion and a good number of years to bring up to standard in order to pump enough fuel to burn for the soon-to-hit 70 million population.

- Okay sure, you need more money to upgrade those oil wells than to build that power plant and buy reactors. BUT C'MON....the leadership wasted 2 decades waging war and neglecting state resources or modernization of state facilities.....GEEZ.....I really feel sorry for the intellectuals in Iran who know they could make a difference if they were allowed to. I mean, no one put them in such a spot but their own leadership's lack of foresight. Its not a frikin American conspiracy to drain their natural resources dry....America's conspiracy is to drain EVERY OTHER NATION'S resources dry....not just Iran's....its not personal.

3) Alternative Fuels for Iran would help reduce pollution.

- And having a nuclear power plant with potential for nuclear contamination is safer? How?

4) Iran needs more power to support the infrastructure needed for incoming industries to grow.

- Yeah, good show with the democratic political process...but I hardly think many businesses would want to go INto Iran. But Iranian talents are always filtering out and doing damn well in North America and Europe.

5) Iran has more use for nuclear technology in peaceful means than as a weapon of war.

- Only argument is, once your peaceful, economic means are achieved...or for that matter, not achieved....would turning to nukes make it more feasable to bring superpowers to the bargaining table? Aaaah....we won't know how future leadership thinks...its never for certain, even after you sign the non-proliferation treaty. Also...Iran has ICBMs capable of hitting Israel and parts of Europe....partly bought from North Korea, the means of a "delivery system" is already present....more work needs to be done to stop people from thinking about worst case scenarios.

- If peaceful use of nuclear technology is part of the plan. They would accept the French light water reactors readily. The Europeans are keen to use their political leverage to show the world they are the peaceful, and less iron fisted alternative to America's might. The russian heavy water reactors need enriched Uranium rods and the spent rods are more prone to radioactive fallout than the lightwater reactor technology. Also spent rods from heavywater reactors are easier to convert to weapons grade uranium. So if there wasn't an interest in making warheads, they would readily abandon their enrichment plant/plans and focus on acquiring lightwater reactor technology in order to fuel the country for all the reasons above.

- The proof of intent is in the action...not in the words. So far they're not very credible....yet.

6) Well everyone has one...so why not?

- Can't argue against this. There are about 2000 odd nuclear reactors around the world. About 250 used for research. another 500 or so are powering cities all over the world. The rest? Nuclear submarines, Aircraft Carriers, you get the gist.

Last but not least....having a safer, lightwater reactor based power plant would be more feasable in Iran. Count 130 major earthquakes from historical information (how far back I don't know). The big ones came in the last 5 years with tens of thousands losing their lives to badly built mud sheds. Would it be safe for a nuclear power plant to be built in earthquake country? Well the Japanese did it.....but they are a different breed of people. But if its not going to be 100%...then I'd say they should go for something that's easier to cleanup if shit happens. Another Chernobyl would leave a bad taste in the mouth.

My gut feeling? Israel may fly low and slow over Iran and drop a couple of 2000 pounders before the Ayatollah can unveil the power plant. A repeat of the 1980 strike on Osirak. Well you don't have to tell Iran's military intelligence, they know.

Anyway, why do Iran need nuclear power? Why do North Korea need it? Why didn't Japan Shun it? I don't have the answers. We can rationalize it all we want....but we probably won't be able to because sometimes, we seek logical reasons to want something, but the desire to attain it isn't rational at all. Kinda like a kid who wants a new toy....but can't quite figure out why....so he seeks to fabricate reasons to convince his parents to buy him one.....

Unlike the kid however....whoever's playing with nukes, shouldn't be allowed to play unsupervised.

I Need A Glock....or for that matter, an AR.

There's a reason why I created this blog.

I have something to say and I need to say it. Its very public but I can't post it here. Hey gotta cover my tracks yeah?

Anyway. Mouldy bread is edible....but I wouldn't want to find out what it'll do to your system. All I can say is, if you digest this mouldy bread, you'll force all the toxins and antigens out of your system. Fight poison with poison....get all that warped information out of your head....use your own logic to THINK.....we're given a brain....its not for others to wash and manipulate, its for us to use, to think, to draw our own conclusions....

I need a Glock.
